Serve as tactical IT liaison to the US sales force and field operations business unit, through maintaining a partnership. Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectation through business requirement gathering. Gather business needs and document requirements for technical team. Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions. Is accountable for projects throughout entire lifecycle; depending on scale and complexity may need input or guidance on critical decisions. Oversee project transitions to training, and to support team, and generally be accountable to business continuity. Anticipate problems and proactively address them, to ensure continuity of business processes. Be point of contact for business focused application and enhancement questions.

Strong project management and solution delivery experience
Candidate must have experience in direct support of Bio/Pharma field force, ie. Sales teams, Thought Leader Liaisons, etc.
Significant experience with Veeva CRM technology implementations and iRep is heavily desired.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com is also a plus.
