Job Description

The position requires knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Applications with accuracy (Word/Excel/Outlook). 

To Perform accurate typing and data entry.

Serve as a receptionist. 

Greet clients and visitors, answer telephone calls, refer clients and visitors to appropriate departmental staff when needed.

Provide administrative and clerical support for projects as assigned.

Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs, and services.

Assist with processing mail and fax, as necessary.

Assist and support the Area Director as needed.
