Business Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, leading testing activities, and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience in planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business requirements, user stories, fit gap analysis, and software specifications.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience testing interfaces, data conversion, and migration for large-scale system replacements.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience collecting requirements across multiple program areas or geographically dispersed organizations.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience synthesizing data requirements and developing conceptual data models.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience gathering and documenting design requirements for business reporting.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Knowledge of SDLC management software such as HP ALM or Atlassian.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Knowledge of SDLC principles, practices, and techniques of application programming and software design.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Ability to accurately test software applications using a data-driven development approach.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Skilled in problem-solving, scheduling, testing, installing, implementing programs, and troubleshooting software systems.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• 8 years of experience (Required): Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred:

• 5 years of experience (Preferred): Hybrid (waterfall/agile) implementation methods for custom application development.
• 3 years of experience (Preferred): Experience with adult education, learning program services, or workforce development programs.
• 3 years of experience (Preferred): Experience with reverse engineering legacy applications to accelerate system redesign and modernization efforts.
