The Senior Trainer will be responsible for creating instructor materials, organizing curriculum, and delivering training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer to end users. Experience with Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials is preferred for this role.

Salary Range: 90k to 100k Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific module training development.

Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained.

Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience creating instructor materials related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules. Candidate should be prepared to discuss which modules they have created materials for.

Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience organizing curriculum that breaks down complex subjects into units of instruction. Courses may be instructor-based, computer-based, or simulator-based.

Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience skill in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline. Ability to use teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
