Job Description

Strong secretarial and administrative skills, e.g., accurate typing and formatting; editing and compiling large complex documents, with several exhibits; managing multi-party transactions with numerous documents, approvals and escrows, producing letters, memoranda, regulations, spreadsheets with precision and consistency; coordinating large-scale real estate acquisitions and dispositions; overseeing commercial closings; handling construction and maintenance contracts; organizing on-line and paper filing systems, with standardized naming conventions; providing litigation and regulatory support.

Sophisticated experience in law firm, corporate, real estate, contracts and/or commercial practice.

Required - candidate has legal administrative experience.

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint; and platforms such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams. Able to learn internal, proprietary software programs


Preferred:

Experience in commercial real estate transactional practice and title (but not “conveyancing” practice, i.e., residential mortgage loans and closings).


Not Acceptable:

Not looking for law student or individual with a law degree.

Not looking for somebody from a residential conveyancing practice; this is sophisticated commercial real estate, construction, contract, regulatory and enforcement work.
