 Job Description

Department is seeking an experienced project manager to assist with the implementation and management of an IT project involving the migration of legacy software systems to Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and have experience with the Quality Assurance Team (QAT) project compliance and reporting processes. The project manager will be responsible for working in conjunction with TDA’s senior project manager by leading and coordinating project activities (especially tasks pertaining to QAT processes), ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities - Communicate status to all stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and milestones. - Coordinate project activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. - Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. - Monitor project budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization. - Work closely with clients and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation strategies. - Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and support, to ensure smooth systems implementations. - Ensure the project’s ongoing compliance with Quality Assurance Team (QAT) project compliance requirements for Major Information Resource Protects (MIRPs). - Develop and maintain project documentation, including compliance plans, test scripts, and project reports. - Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on project status, compliance, and performance. - Stay updated on QAT project compliance requirements and incorporate them into project planning and execution. - Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate compliance audits. - Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, promoting effective collaboration and resolving conflicts as needed. - Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates

At least 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager. - Familiarity with Quality Assurance Team (QAT) project compliance and reporting for Major Information Resource Protects (MIRPs) is essential.
