Job Description

This position will work with the CRM development team to provide the following Software Testing Services:

1) Analyze user requirements, design documents and other documentation to develop detailed test cases

2) Create and execute automated functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test cases ran, test results, and testing summaries in detail

4) Perform manual testing and data validation using CRM Tools

5) Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data

6) Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team

7) Execute performance and accessibility testing

The CRM group supports and facilitates the implementation of all apps/projects in the CRM framework.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8	Required	Testing all phases of complex Web Applications
5	Required	Experience testing CRM applications, preferably MS Dynamics 365 / Power Builder
3	Required	Database/SQL Language
2	Required	XML
3	Preferred	Test automation experience using Selenium WB / TestNG or similar framework
2	Preferred	Experience in API testing (SOAP and REST).
2	Preferred	WAPT Pro/JMeter or other performance testing tools
1	Preferred	Previous experience with Zypher Scale preferred
1	Preferred	Previous experience with Jira preferred
