Experience creating conditions, validators, and post functions; make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.

Experience using JIRA REST APIs for integration with other tools like Jenkins, and Integration/Automation frameworks.

Experience creating and managing users, groups, projects and user permissions.

Experience with SQL and JQL to create and manage queries, filters, dashboards and reports.

Experience troubleshooting access and/or performance issues, engaging Atlassian and/or app vendor when necessary.

Experience creating and maintaining JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces.

Experience with Agile methodology lifecycle.
