Job Description

Responsibilities may include:

Salesforce Custom Development: Apply Salesforce experience to create custom Apex and Flow-based Salesforce solutions. Create and leverage external interfaces such as Mulesoft and various AWS components.
JavaScript Development: Utilize in-depth understanding of JavaScript frameworks (especially LWC) to develop functionality for the System Modernization Project. Collaborate closely within the development team to implement robust and efficient solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive unit test cases to ensure adequate code coverage of the functionality, performance, and system security. Collaborate with the testing team to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of the codebase, system architecture, and development processes. Provide regular reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of the development and testing activities.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration and communication within the project team, including developers, testers, and stakeholders. Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and code reviews to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
4	Required	Proven experience as a Coder and Tester with a focus on JavaScript development.
4	Required	Strong knowledge of native JavaScript, features, and best practices.
4	Required	Experience and/or exposure with Salesforce integration and customization including Flow, LWC, SOQL, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Administration (i.e., governor limits, security, etc.).
4	Required	Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience working with agile sprint teams and in agile development life cycles a must.
4	Required	Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
4	Required	Experience with testing frameworks and tools for JavaScript, such as Jest or Mocha.
4	Required	Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4	Required	Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
4	Required	Effective communication and collaboration skills working within a team environment.
4	Preferred	Bachelor’s degree, certifications, or experience related to coding, testing, or software development preferred.
