Job Description
  • Create, track, assign and close-out electronic work orders
  • Order, review and process all office supplies & material orders for the STB and RMV
  • Receive and process all cartridge toner orders for the STB, RMV and Highway Districts
  • Receive and process envelopes, copy paper and special orders for the STB, RMV and Highway Districts
  • Provide assistance to all visitors for the General Services Department
  • Process STB parking garage validations for visitors
  • Review invoices for office supplies and toner supplies for accuracy
  • Answer main dept. phone, transfer calls, take messages, check and respond to the department’s helpdesk email system
  • Assist with mailroom operations as needed
  • Assist with motor pool reservation operations as needed
