Job Description
Support the uploading of documents into a database. With training, responsible for accurate use of file naming convention and data entry.
The Office Support Specialist will work on a hybrid mode to support the physical office transition from paper to digital filing system. They will be responsible for preparing, organizing and uploading of documents digitally in network shared drive and database.They will also be responsible for accurate use of file naming convention and data entry.
RATE: $15.43 - $17.21
Candidate must be COVID vaccinated and have received up to date boosters.
Required / Desired Skills
Required High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
Desired 1 year of An Associate's or higher degree with a major in business administration, business management or public administration or 1 year of related experience
Required Ability to operate a laptop or desktop computer and general office equipment such as phone, copier, and scanner
Required Ability to communicate effectively
Required Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Required Ability to prepare documents and reports accurately
Required Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
Required Ability to work independently and in teams
Desired Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom
Desired Experience performing data entry and uploading documents into databases
