Job Description

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, resourceful, work well under pressure, have good judgment , and be able to effectively multitask

  • Provides day-to-day coordination and support for all phases of the public records request response process, including the collection, processing, review, and production of documents.
  • Drafts and reviews correspondence and other documentation as necessary.
  • Provides support to the  PRR Liaisons with document management, responding to document requests, and managing production calendars.
  • Uses and maintains document databases, including electronic document databases.

RATE: $20.65 - $25.87 Per Hour

- Able to assess the relevancy of records: 24 months of experience.
- Understanding of legal terminology: 24 months of experience.
- Complex workload management and record-keeping: 24 months of experience.
- Written and verbal communication skills: 24 months of experience.
- Attention to detail and multitasking: 24 months of experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: 24 months of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: 24 months of experience.
- Paralegal certification: 24 months of experience (highly desired).
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro: Required.
