We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. They will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Appian applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using the Appian platform.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Configure Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, business rules, integrations, and data objects.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing of Appian applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Appian applications.
• Document design decisions, configuration settings, and technical specifications.
• Stay current with Appian product updates, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience developing BPM solutions using the Appian platform.
• Proficiency in Appian design, configuration, and development.
• Experience with Appian integration technologies, including web services, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
