ERP Training Specialist with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in developing training curricula for ERP systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in conducting both in-person and remote training sessions, with a focus on Microsoft O365 applications and PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP systems.

Salary Range: 90K to 100K Per Annum

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Minimum of 8 years of experience to develop comprehensive training curricula for ERP systems.

2. Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions both in person and remotely, ensuring participants acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.

3. Microsoft O365 Applications: At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.

4. PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2: Possess at least 4 years of experience with the PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system, providing expertise in training and user support.

5. Training Development Tools: Utilize SoftChalk to develop training materials.

6. Recording and Editing: Use Camtasia for recording and editing training sessions to create engaging and informative content.

7. Public Sector Experience: Preferred experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).

8. Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials: Preferred experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.

9. SharePoint: Preferred experience with SharePoint, enhancing collaboration and document management.

10. Jira and Scrum Framework: Preferred experience with Jira and working within the Scrum framework for project management and agile development.
