His front-end ReactJS lead developer would work with other technical architects and leads will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining robust web applications in React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI, Node.js frameworks, and other related technologies. This person should perform UX and UI Design considering accessibility, responsiveness and meeting the features of modern web applications. This person could write code for server side rendering using Node.js as well as integrate applications with micro services and Reporting Services. This person should also optimize web applications for performance, compatibility, and responsiveness across various platforms and devices.

This person should provide technical leadership by setting clear direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and performing troubleshooting/debugging of application issues. This person should help the team lead conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, consistency, and adherence of best practices.

This person should have good communication and inter-personal skills and would collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions aligned with business needs. They may also assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications using other technologies.

Salary Range: 90K to 100K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. React.js Development: Utilize a minimum of 7 years of experience to develop highly scalable and performant applications using React.js.

2. Client State Management: Demonstrate 5 years of experience with client-state management frameworks, particularly Redux.

3. CSS Framework Integration: Integrate React applications seamlessly with CSS frameworks like MUI for enhanced user interfaces.

4. REST Services Integration: Leverage 5 years of experience to integrate React applications with REST services, ensuring efficient data communication.

5. Visual Studio Code: Possess 5 years of experience using Visual Studio Code for efficient development and debugging.

6. Typescript: Experience (3 years) in working with Typescript for strongly typed and scalable applications.

7. Reporting Services Integration: Utilize 2 years of experience to integrate React applications with reporting services like PowerBI for effective data visualization.

8. Server Side Integration: Possess 2 years of experience in server-side integration using Node.js to ensure seamless communication between the client and server.

Preferred Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience with GitLab.

2. UX Design and Prototyping: Preferred experience in UX design and prototyping to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.

3. Responsive Design: Preferred experience in responsive design and coding to adapt applications to various devices, including phones, tablets, and other devices.

4. Java Enterprise Development: Preferred experience in Java enterprise application development to facilitate comprehensive system integrations.
