Experience- 3-6 years

• 3+ years of experience with Python development
• Experience developing and testing communication protocols
• Familiarity with serial interfaces, TCP/IP, WebSocket or other protocols
• Working knowledge of BACnet, TCC-Link protocols is desired
• Knowledge of test-driven development techniques
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like pytest
• Understanding of microcontroller programming considered a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
