Project Manager to lead our projects across large organizations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with expertise in managing multiple projects, developing project plans, documenting risks and issues, and ensuring the resolution of project barriers. They will excel in problem-solving, mapping business processes, overseeing SDLC artifacts development, and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to summarize and escalate issues effectively, are essential.

Salary Range: 120K to 130K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 years of experience: Skilled in managing multiple projects across large organizations, developing project plans, documenting risks and issues, and ensuring issue resolution.
• 8 years of experience: Ability to research, gather, analyze facts, devise solutions to complex problems, and prepare concise reports.
• 8 years of experience: Skilled in mapping business processes, identifying process improvements, and facilitating meetings and group problem-solving.
• 8 years of experience: Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and guiding the SDLC process.
• 8 years of experience: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders, possessing strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• 8 years of experience: Ability to summarize and escalate issues appropriately, develop and present weekly status updates (written and verbal), and conduct regular project team status meetings.

Preferred Requirements:

• 1 year of experience: Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for one or more State of Texas Agencies.
• 1 year of experience: Experience with HHSC Federal State processes and documentation, project documentation such as business case workbooks, and project charters.
• 1 year of experience: PMP Certification.
