Test and validate the applications on Salesforce platform post remediation, platform stabilization, performance tweaking and trigger updates. This position also performs systematical testing and analyzing various aspects of product development and service delivery to detect potential flaws and ensure alignment with industry and internal standards.

Salary Range: 90K to 100k Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience with database query languages (SQL PUSQL).

Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.

Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing Test Scripts.

Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Test Plans and coordinating user Acceptance Testing.

Required: Experience with general IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks.

Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.

Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience working on projects utilizing agile project management methodologies.

Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Automation Testing.

Preferred: Experience with Health and Human services.
