Job Description
Provides day-to-day coordination and support for all phases of the records request response process, including the collection, processing, review, and production of documents.
Drafts and reviews correspondence and other documentation as necessary.
Provides support to the Liaisons with document management, responding to document requests, and managing production calendars.
Uses and maintains document databases, including electronic document databases.
RATE: $30.90 - $33.90/hr. On W2
Required Skills
2 years of experience in accurately assessing the relevancy of records and categorizing them appropriately for specific requests.
2 years of experience with terminology, symbols, and standard abbreviations used in legal practice.
2 years of adept workload management, maintaining accurate and organized records.
2 years of excellent written and verbal communication and instruction skills.
2 years of experience with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
2 years of ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
2 years of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
1 year of proficiency in Adobe Pro.
Desired Skill
Paralegal certification is a plus.
