The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requires the services of One (1) PeopleSoft ERP Developer, Level Specialist, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meet the general qualifications of ITSAC ERP Developer, Level Specialist (PeopleSoft) and the specifications outlined in this document for TWC.

Salary Range: 70k to 100k/annum

Scope/Description of Services

The Worker(s) will provide the following services:

An experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support a technology hub implementation of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) PeopleSoft Travel and Expense (T&E) module in the Workforce Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System (WRAPS).

Work involves enhancements to a baseline install of the T&E module while ensuring continued operations of underlying TWC PeopleSoft customizations.

Assists in the design and development of PeopleSoft customizations based on business requirements. Experience with developing bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft needed.

Responsible for understanding requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and custom

Requires a thorough understanding and hands-on experience with PeopleSoft T&E implementations.

TWC uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.

Worker(s) will augment TWC’s PeopleSoft technical and functional team.

Performs other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.
