SALARY RANGE: 120K TO 130K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Experience:

7 years in database management systems and data migration, especially in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar.

7 years utilizing SQL and database scripting in Informix, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server to facilitate data migration, along with expertise in Excel or other spreadsheet software.

7 years documenting business process flows and standardizing process improvements, involving data collection and SME meetings to understand and document system usability.

7 years in business analysis, including evaluating user requirements, reviewing operational procedures, and identifying process automation or system enhancements.

7 years resolving complex data-related issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7 years preparing specifications for data input/output processes.

7 years of excellent oral and written communication skills for project documentation and stakeholder engagement.

7 years of strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and foster productivity and collaboration.

7 years of knowledge of current IT industry trends and the ability to strategically apply them.

7 years of understanding architectural concepts and tools for infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure.

7 years of experience with emerging technologies in the IT industry.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

2 years of experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.

2 years of experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.

2 years of familiarity with current and planned software technology, global/regional/local software architecture, and infrastructure components.

2 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and data security.
