SALARY RANGE: 120K TO 130K Per Annum

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills/Experience:

7 years of experience with database management systems and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar.

7 years of experience utilizing Informix, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server SQL with database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes.

7 Proficiency in EXCEL or other spreadsheet software.

7 years of experience documenting business process flows and standardizing current and future process flow improvements through data collection and stakeholder engagement.

7 years of business analysis experience, including reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and identifying solutions to enhance system functionality or automate processes.

7 years of experience resolving complex data-related issues using analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches.

7 years of experience preparing specifications for data input/output processes.

7 years of exceptional oral and written communication skills to produce clear project documentation and effectively engage with stakeholders.

7 years of strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams, drive collaboration, and inspire high productivity.

7 years of in-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and the ability to apply them strategically within the organization.

7 years of expertise in architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information systems, applications, and organizational structure.

7 years of familiarity with emerging technologies in the IT industry and their potential applications.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

2 years of experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.

2 years of experience with the Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and associated document templates.

2 years of familiarity with the existing and planned software technology, including global, regional, and local architecture components.

2 years of experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
