• Experience in supporting both short- and long-term data management and strategic business activities through data analysis.
• Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis for projects and ongoing data quality initiatives.
• Expertise in creating datasets from various disparate sources to enhance data management initiatives and processes.
• Proficiency in data mining on large datasets to support data quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience consulting with business stakeholders to document business requirements and support client needs.
• Ability to present reports with analysis and interpretation for business review and planning.
• Strong experience working with relational databases and database structures, with proficiency in SQL.
• Capability to develop and recommend business solutions through research and data analysis.
• Creativity and process improvement skills to enhance existing processes and create new ones in line with data governance best practices.
• Experience implementing Data Management lifecycle toolsets.
• Experience implementing master data and/or reference data programs or toolsets.
• Practical experience with multiple project management methodologies, including at least one of the following: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or SAFe.
• Proficiency in project management organizational or visualization tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Rally.

Rate Range: $61.00 - $66.00/hr. On W2

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and experience with statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, or R.

Qualifications:

1. At least four years of experience as a data analyst in a data management or data governance initiative.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or Informatica CDGC.
