Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and maintain computer systems, and provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and operating systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve printing and scanning issues.

Monitor the performance of computer systems and make recommendations for improvements.

Evaluate new hardware or software and suggest upgrades.

Provide timely support for user inquiries related to software and hardware.

Set up workstations, including cable management, software installation, and phone setup.

Conduct computer diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
-
Perform regular maintenance on IT infrastructure (hardware and software).

Log, track, and report IT-related activities and incidents.

Assist with network connectivity and maintain network infrastructure.

Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and software providers.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Years | Required/Preferred | Experience |

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.

Knowledge of VoIP phone systems and printer configuration.

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
