Job Description
Administrative Coordinator role participates in all activities related to the development, implementation and subsequent operation of programs and systems that primarily support the State Bail Administrator and Judicial Response Service Manager.
Coordinates the administrative activities of programs or initiatives that the administrative office is responsible for:
Distribution of cell phones and related information to Trial Court judges assigned to Judicial Response;
Receives and processes, and audits monthly reports on bail from 200+ Bail officials;
Coordinates scheduling and logistics for training events related to judges and bail officials in collaboration with subject matter experts;
Develops operating policies, procedures, and forms;
Provides continuing technical advice and support to court personnel;
Analyses statistics, develops and updates databases on judicial appointment and contact information, to assist in administration of programs, upgrades in operating software, and prepares reports on program activities;
Assists in planning and implementation activities of new programs and initiatives.
Performs related duties as required.
