Lynn DCF is seeking to temporarily fill one administrative position. This position is expected to process data quickly and accurately from a variety of sources, act as a receptionist, greeting and directing clients and visitors, as well as staffing the switchboard.
This position will work standard business hours Monday – Friday 8:45am to 5pm. The position requires knowledge of and ability to utilize Microsoft Office Applications with accuracy (Word/Excel/Outlook). To Perform accurate typing and data entry.
Serve as a receptionist. Greet clients and visitors, answer telephone calls, refer clients and visitors to appropriate departmental staff when needed.
Provide administrative and clerical support for projects as assigned.
Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs, and services.
Assist with processing mail and fax, as necessary.
Assist and support the Area Director as needed.
This role is 100% onsite. Role will also include support for the DCF Beverly office as needed remotely.
