Job Description
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.70 per hour + sick leave
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Onsite only; no remote work)
Position Summary
We are seeking a confident, calm, and highly organized individual to provide administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills—especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—and be capable of taking real-time notes and following up on tasks assigned to the CEO’s direct reports.
Minimum Entrance Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

(A) At least two years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) administrative experience

(B) An equivalent combination of experience and education as detailed below:
Substitution Options:
-
An Associate’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Public Administration may substitute for the full two years of experience.

An Associate’s or higher degree in any other field may substitute for one year of experience.

Education toward a qualifying degree will be prorated accordingly based on completion.
