We’re seeking an experienced Senior Contract & Grant Manager to oversee contract and grant performance, ensure compliance, and serve as the principal liaison between agency leadership, vendors, and stakeholders. This role involves developing and tracking key performance metrics, reviewing deliverables, managing budgets, and resolving contract-related disputes.

Requirements:

• 20+ years’ experience in government regulations, laws, and licensing practices

• 20+ years managing customer expenditure portfolios and driving service improvements

• 15+ years in DCS contract practices, budgeting, and forecasting

• 12+ years in LAR preparation & forecasting

• 8+ years in planning, coordination, business analysis, and reporting

• Preferred: Prior DCS contract experience
