Under strict supervision, the Recreational Camp Specialist supports hunting and fishing trips for individuals and groups in alignment with client entertainment and operational requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Planning itineraries for hunting and fishing trips, applying knowledge of the countryside to determine optimal routes and sites

• Transporting people, equipment, and supplies to designated hunting and fishing areas

• Explaining hunting and fishing laws to ensure compliance

• Instructing participants in the use of hunting and fishing gear

• Administering first aid to injured individuals

• Assisting with facilities, grounds, and equipment maintenance and repairs as required

• Caring for animals as needed

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in hunting, fishing, and camping within the outdoor recreation and guide industry

• Non-Commercial Driver’s License required
