Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Improvement Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives. This role will focus on evaluating current-state business processes, designing optimized future-state solutions, and translating improved workflows into functional and non-functional requirements for modular or low-code technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience leading transformation initiatives within large organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes across designated departments or functional areas.

Engage stakeholders to identify process pain points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Document “As-Is” workflows and analyze them using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Design optimized “To-Be” workflows and transition strategies.

Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional specifications for modular or low-code solutions.

Collaborate with product and IT teams to ensure process requirements align with system architecture and tool design.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure improvements and return on investment (ROI).

Facilitate process mapping workshops, working sessions, and training initiatives.

Support development of implementation roadmaps and change management strategies.

Align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals and system capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement.

5+ years of experience evaluating and optimizing current-state processes.

Experience specifying software system requirements to support improved business solutions.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required).

Proven track record leading large-scale process transformation initiatives.

Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio or similar).

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with operational metrics, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in regulated or government environments.

Familiarity with process automation platforms or low-code technologies.
-
Lean certification.
