We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Analyst to support the testing and quality assurance of enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test planning, automation testing, API testing, SQL validation, and defect tracking tools. The candidate will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.

• Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality and performance.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing).

• Conduct API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, and JMeter.

• Write and execute SQL queries (CRUD operations) to validate data integrity and application functionality.

• Use Jira and Xray Test Case Management tools to track defects, test execution, and project activities.

• Maintain requirements traceability to ensure test coverage across all business requirements.

• Participate in SDLC activities including requirement analysis, testing, and release validation.

• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.

• Document test results, defects, and test reports to ensure clear communication of quality status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Strong experience in test case development and test plan creation.

• Experience with test automation using UFT.

• Experience conducting API testing and automation.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database validation.

• Experience using Jira and Xray for defect tracking and test management.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Experience testing enterprise-level applications.
