Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex data, analytics, and cloud-based initiatives within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, data warehousing, and business intelligence projects, along with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data, analytics, and cloud projects/programs from planning through delivery

  • Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting

  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for leadership and stakeholders

  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation including project plans, charters, schedules, and lessons learned

  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution

  • Support healthcare data initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCDA (if applicable)


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading technical projects/programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments

  • Strong experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing

  • Proven track record managing BI, big data, and analytics projects in enterprise settings

  • Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills across cross-functional teams and vendors

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet)

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare industry and knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards

  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, CCDA standards

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

  • Understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and IT processes

  • Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives

  • TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications are a plus

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
