We are seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer with strong expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle databases, and data migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications, as well as working on complex data migration projects and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools (8.59 or higher)
• Perform complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
• Work with Oracle databases for development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Analyze and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures for integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements
• Support application enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and use tools such as Jira for tracking

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of development experience with PeopleTools
• Experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
• Strong experience with Oracle databases
• Ability to read and interpret .NET (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures
• Experience with legacy to PeopleSoft data migrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in public sector (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• Familiarity with CAPPS Financials (CPA)
• Experience with Jira or similar tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
