We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automated testing, performance testing, and accessibility validation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain manual test scripts for functional validation
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter
• Create and manage test cases, test plans, and test data
• Develop and maintain automated test reporting and dashboards
• Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with standards
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Track and manage defects using tools like Jira, XRay, or Zephyr
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in manual testing and test execution
• 8+ years of experience in QA automation testing
• Strong experience in test script creation and execution
• Hands-on experience in performance testing
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and JMeter
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
• Experience with test reporting and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG standards)
