We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Agile methodologies and government program systems, specifically the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS). The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering and successful delivery of solutions aligned with federal child nutrition program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Ensure requirements align with federal child nutrition program regulations (TDA)
• Support Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood
• Analyze system impacts and support solution design discussions
• Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for TANS-related systems

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong experience in user story creation and requirement analysis
• Experience working as a bridge between business and IT teams
• Hands-on experience with Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS)
• Experience writing requirements in compliance with federal child nutrition programs (TDA)
