We are actively hiring a Technical Recruiter to support India-based clients. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong sourcing capability, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates aggressively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen and validate candidates for IT and engineering roles
• Understand technical job requirements and align candidates accordingly
• Submit quality profiles with quick turnaround time
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Ensure high-quality submissions and closure ratio

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment (India staffing)
• Strong technical/engineering background (IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
• Proven experience in IT and/or engineering hiring
• Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, Data, Embedded, etc.)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in niche hiring (AI/ML, Embedded, Wireless, Data Engineering, etc.)
• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring models
• Strong headhunting capability

Work Requirements

• Stable internet connection and remote work setup
• Ability to work full-time in IST hours
