We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, automation scripting, API testing, and CI/CD integration, with the ability to independently own testing efforts across features and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from scratch
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and programming languages such as Java (preferred), C#, or Python
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for web and API-based applications
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and RestAssured
• Validate backend data using SQL queries
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Manage and track defects through the full defect lifecycle
• Ensure test coverage through risk-based testing and end-user perspective validation
• Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices

Required Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of experience in QA and test automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java (preferred), or C#/Python for automation scripting
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle for build management
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Solid experience in API testing and SQL for data validation
• Strong understanding of testing principles, test design techniques, and regression strategies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
• Experience with Selenium Grid and parallel execution
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Understanding of DevOps practices and shift-left testing
• Experience testing microservices architecture
• Basic knowledge of security testing
