We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and full SDLC processes.

This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining web-based applications, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members for requirements gathering, development, and enhancements
• Participate in Agile SDLC processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Contribute to UI/UX development using responsive web design best practices
• Ensure applications comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Present application changes and enhancements to stakeholders for approval
• Work with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for task tracking and deployment
• Assist in code migration projects, including porting applications from Java to .NET Blazor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in web-based software development
• Strong programming experience in .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
• Experience with ASP.NET, front-end and back-end technologies
• Proven experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile SDLC environments
• Experience collaborating within development teams on SDLC activities
• Strong communication skills, including presenting technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C# .NET Blazor (1+ year)
• Experience migrating applications from Java to .NET Blazor
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with TDA systems
