We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, and SQL, along with proven experience managing full SDLC lifecycle activities and leading development teams.

The ideal candidate will excel in application architecture, root cause analysis, Agile delivery, and cross-team collaboration, while ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web-based applications using .NET/C#, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Analyze application workflows and system processes to identify efficiencies and improvements
• Perform advanced root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Oversee and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Lead and mentor development teams, including code reviews, validation, and approvals
• Manage application administration, maintenance, and performance optimization
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including change control boards and release management teams
• Ensure applications meet information security and network security requirements
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database interactions (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and system changes
• Present software changes and enhancements to stakeholders for approval
• Work within Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• Support or lead code migration efforts (e.g., Java to .NET Blazor)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in web-based application development and SDLC delivery
• Strong programming expertise in .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
• Proven experience leading full-stack development and enterprise applications
• Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies and project delivery
• 6+ years of experience working in Agile environments
• Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong background in root cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience implementing security requirements in applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with C# .NET Blazor (2+ years)
• Experience migrating applications from Java to .NET Blazor
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working with TDA systems
