We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer – Informatica & Snowflake to support enterprise data integration, analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, Snowflake SQL development, ETL workflow automation, and enterprise data integration across multiple technologies and platforms. This role requires collaboration with technical teams, business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions supporting analytics and visualization environments.

Candidates with healthcare industry experience, data security knowledge, and experience working with performance management or BI systems are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Acquire, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF
• Develop complex, optimized, and high-performing Snowflake SQL scripts and database solutions
• Support enterprise data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, and performance management systems
• Collaborate with Tableau and reporting teams to support data visualization and reporting requirements
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ETL and data integration solutions
• Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, mappings, and system specifications using tools such as Visio and Erwin
• Support software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile sprint activities, testing, deployments, and production support
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL, data quality, performance, and integration issues
• Develop reusable, testable, efficient, and scalable code following software development best practices
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation activities using GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Support healthcare data security, compliance, and governance requirements involving PII and PHI data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
• Strong experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF, and other enterprise data sources
• Strong experience developing complex and optimized Snowflake SQL scripts
• Experience supporting data analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, or performance management projects
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with technical documentation, system diagrams, data mapping, and modeling tools such as Visio and Erwin
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software development best practices, and enterprise data integration concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience working with PII and PHI data
• Understanding of security principles and healthcare data compliance standards
• Experience with Python scripting and automation
• Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services
• Experience with Java and JavaScript development
• Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, or Informatica Claire
• Prior experience supporting HHS agencies or regulated environments preferred
