We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Associate Systems Analyst to support business process improvement, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, develop automation solutions, and support the rapid delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand operational processes, reporting requirements, and data needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
• Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed technology solutions.
• Assist in developing scripts, prototypes, and automation solutions to improve business processes.
• Support AI-driven initiatives by integrating pre-built AI models, APIs, and automation tools.
• Analyze existing system capabilities and recommend enhancements aligned with organizational standards.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.
• Support Agile development teams in rapid prototyping and solution delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Assist with data integration, API development, and cloud-based solution implementation.
• Support version control, deployment, and CI/CD activities within development environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
• Understanding of business process analysis and workflow documentation.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and implementation of software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience using AI APIs or pre-built models.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and data processing.
• Experience with Bash scripting and system automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid application development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of data integration and REST API development.
• Experience with Git, source control management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
