Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to analyze business and user requirements, evaluate existing systems, and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document system specifications, support implementation efforts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements, business processes, and system needs to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Gather, document, and maintain detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine the feasibility of requested enhancements and changes.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to design and implement system solutions.
- Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and user requirements.
- Coordinate system testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to technical and functional problems.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution of system-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Computer Systems Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to evaluate system capabilities and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience with system testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise applications and databases.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations.
- Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools.
