We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support and maintain enterprise Oracle database environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle 19c, Grid Infrastructure, ASM, Clusterware, GoldenGate, Active Data Guard, and Linux administration. This role will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery capabilities in a mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle 19c databases and related infrastructure.
• Manage Oracle Grid Infrastructure, ASM, and Clusterware environments.
• Implement and support high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle GoldenGate and Active Data Guard.
• Perform database installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain Linux and SQL scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot database, cluster, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage backup and recovery processes and ensure business continuity requirements are met.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to support production environments.
• Maintain database security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Database 19c or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure, ASM, and Clusterware.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle GoldenGate and Active Data Guard.
• Strong Linux administration and advanced SQL scripting skills.
• Experience with database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local Government organizations.
• Experience working with hosting vendors or managed service providers.
• Experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft applications and environments.
