Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to support special projects, reporting initiatives, business process improvement, and an SAP S/4HANA transition. This role will work closely with supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve business processes, support implementation activities, and ensure long-term process sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a supply chain or ERP environment. This is a 100% onsite role with the potential for contract extension and full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain business processes.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
- Assist with business process design, development, documentation, and implementation.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transition and other special projects.
- Assist with deployment planning, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Interpret data and provide insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process adoption.
- Monitor process performance and provide guidance to support long-term process sustainability.
- Maintain organized documentation, project records, and process materials.
- Support additional Supply Chain initiatives and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email management, data analysis, and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and task management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
- Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP systems.
- Experience with business process improvement and process documentation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting system implementations, transitions, or transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
