Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to support special projects, reporting initiatives, business process improvement, and an SAP S/4HANA transition. This role will work closely with supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve business processes, support implementation activities, and ensure long-term process sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a supply chain or ERP environment. This is a 100% onsite role with the potential for contract extension and full-time conversion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, implementation, and sustainment of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Assist with business process design, development, documentation, and implementation.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA transition and other special projects.
  • Assist with deployment planning, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Create, maintain, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Interpret data and provide insights to support business and operational decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process adoption.
  • Monitor process performance and provide guidance to support long-term process sustainability.
  • Maintain organized documentation, project records, and process materials.
  • Support additional Supply Chain initiatives and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email management, data analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with business process improvement and process documentation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, transitions, or transformation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
