We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Oracle, and modern web technologies to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level web applications while collaborating in an Agile environment. This role involves application development, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer demonstrations, and implementing scalable, responsive web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web-based software applications.
• Develop front-end and back-end components using C# .NET, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and development teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Present software enhancements and application demonstrations to stakeholders for approval.
• Work within an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Support software maintenance, enhancements, and system modernization initiatives.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience developing web-based software applications.
• 4+ years of experience performing root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Strong programming experience with:

  • ASP.NET

  • SQL
  • Stored Procedures
• Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Experience gathering requirements and participating in software design discussions.
• Experience presenting software demonstrations to business users and stakeholders.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• At least 1 year of experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating Java or Windows Forms applications to C# .NET Blazor.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles and implementation.
• Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
• Previous experience working with TDA systems.
