We are seeking an experienced JasperReports / Oracle PL/SQL Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise reporting and database solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JasperReports, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, unit testing, and Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain JasperReports and reporting applications.
• Design, code, and support database solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and related database objects.
• Perform comprehensive unit testing and troubleshoot application/reporting issues.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical and reporting solutions.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support application deployments and production issues as needed.
• Track development tasks and defects using JIRA.
• Use Bitbucket for source-code management and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with JasperReports development.
• 8+ years of experience with unit testing.
• 8+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience designing, coding, and supporting applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Bitbucket.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting applications.
• Strong understanding of database development and reporting processes.
