• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

• Conduct fit/gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 solutions.

• Support Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.

• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.

• Create functional documentation, process flows, and test artifacts.

• Collaborate with project teams using Microsoft Teams and O365 applications.

• Participate in issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities.

• Work with stakeholders to improve financial business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

• 8+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.

• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis.

• 8+ years of experience performing end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).

• Experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Federal, State, or Local Government organizations.

• Experience with Texas CAPPS Financials (Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts).

• Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, and STAT.
