The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise software applications. The position will work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software applications.
• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts.
• Develop and maintain applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Analyze complex business processes and system requirements to develop effective technical solutions.
• Perform application testing, including generating test data and writing test scripts and execution sequences.
• Review test results, identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and debug application errors.
• Provide application support and implement performance improvements and enhancements.
• Follow established software development, programming, documentation, and testing standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and business/system requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply modern software development methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain program specifications, technical documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Support application quality, performance, security, maintainability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in computer programming, systems analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions.
• 7+ years of experience coding, testing, debugging, supporting, and enhancing software applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Experience developing complex programs, classes, objects, scripts, stored procedures, and database triggers.
• Experience with software testing, test data generation, test scripts, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Ability to analyze information logically and design effective program and system logic.
• Experience preparing program specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, application development, infrastructure, and information systems.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, technology directions, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, standards, and best practices for protecting data integrity and associated processing.
• Experience delivering software solutions using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with agency information architecture and information management methodologies.
• Familiarity with existing and planned software technologies.
• Understanding of global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
• Experience working in large enterprise or government technology environments.
