The Senior .NET Full Stack Developer will research, design, implement, test, and maintain enterprise software applications. This position will work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, implement, test, and manage software applications.
• Design, code, and modify complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts.
• Develop applications using Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle Database.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing of assigned programs.
• Generate test data and develop test scripts and execution sequences.
• Examine test results, identify defects, debug errors, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Troubleshoot application issues related to functionality, performance, and enhancements.
• Follow established programming, documentation, testing, and software development standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and business/system requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply current software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to application performance, quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and program specifications as required.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in computer programming, systems analysis, and development of complex business processes and software solutions.
• 7+ years of experience coding, testing, debugging, supporting, and enhancing software applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong experience developing web applications using Angular.
• Strong experience working with Oracle Database, including database programming, stored procedures, triggers, and related objects.
• Ability to analyze information logically, design program and system logic, and prepare program specifications.
• Experience with software testing, test data generation, test scripts, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Experience following established programming, documentation, and testing standards.
• Experience participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with technical and business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, application development, infrastructure, and information systems.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of tools and best practices for protecting data integrity and associated processing.
• Experience delivering software solutions using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with agency information architecture and information management methodologies.
• Familiarity with existing and planned software technologies.
• Understanding of global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
• Experience working in large enterprise or government technology environments.
