• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network devices.
• Implement and support routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, and TCP/IP.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, installations, and infrastructure projects.
• Configure and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and network segmentation.
• Work with cloud and hybrid networking environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Use network monitoring and management tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with systems, security, cloud, and application teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and change-management activities.
• Ensure network infrastructure follows organizational security and availability standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
